❗ Important notice on cancellations and safety rules
Cancellations are not accepted less than 24 hours in advance.
Jet ski rules are the same as for driving a car: alcohol consumption is strictly prohibited.
If a customer shows visible signs of alcohol consumption, they will not be allowed to board the jet ski and no refund will be given.It is mandatory to bring an ID (DNI) – either a physical copy or a clear photo. The name on the ID must exactly match the name on the booking.
It is also essential to strictly follow the instructions of the professional staff.
Anyone who disregards instructions or acts independently will not be allowed to ride and no refund will be issued.Thank you for your understanding and cooperation in ensuring a safe and enjoyable experience for everyone.
