The booked activity is organised and operated by the independent provider corresponding to the selected activity and location.

Injuries & Incidents
In the event of an injury, incident or unexpected situation during an activity, customers must immediately inform the staff of the activity provider at the beach, harbour or departure point.
The relevant provider may provide the necessary assistance and, where applicable, the documentation required to report the incident and process any claim related to the activity through its liability insurance.

Responsibility for the organisation and operation of each activity rests with the provider delivering the service, including its staff, equipment, safety procedures, licences, permits and applicable insurance, in accordance with applicable law.
