Please arrive 30 minutes before your scheduled departure.

After completing your booking, you will receive a confirmation email containing a QR code. Please present this QR code during check-in upon arrival.

• Drivers must be at least 18 years old.
• A valid driving licence is mandatory.
• Minimum passenger age: 8 years.
• Children must always be accompanied by an adult.
• Guests under 18 years old must present parental authorisation.
• Helmet must be worn throughout the entire tour.

No cancellations will be accepted less than 24 hours in advance, unless travel insurance has been purchased, which allows for any changes.

No refunds will be made once the service has been enjoyed.

In case of force majeure, you will be given the option to change the date and time or the service purchased will be refunded.

IMPORTANT: The rules for jet skiing are the same as for driving a car: no alcohol must be consumed. If the client is visibly under the influence of alcohol, he/she will not be allowed to board the jet ski and no refund will be given.
